DIRECT MARKETING

Most of the direct marketing actions are executed internally by G.L.A Hotels from conception to mailing. It includes the annual mailing of the « Hideaway Collection» brochure, promoting all of the G .L.A Hotels, to all individual clients and partners present in G .L.A Hotels’ database (15 000 qualified contacts in Europe plus 10 000 in the U.S.A).

WEB MARKETING, YIELD MANAGEMENT AND ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTION

G.L.A Hotels ensures the hotel is properly referenced in both G.L.A Hotels’ commercial website and the main merchant websites. The handling and follow up of the bookings, room statistics, web referencing, the conception and mailing of newsletters as well as the competition analysis are managed directly by G.L.A Hotels internally.
